Auriel Grignolino
100% Grignolino from Piedmont, Italy. Pale, transparent ruby color. On the nose, tart red berries, fresh earth, almond – floral with notes of lilac and roses. on the palate - light bodied with crunchy, savory acidity and light, though marked tannins, that frame the fruit flavors. Thirst-quenching and complex finish. Drink with a slight chill with a plate of cured meats and simple pasta.
