A couple weeks ago we worked with the CT Department of Agriculture on their new media campaign featuring businesses in CT that incorporate CT grown products in their food. 

Throughout the year we work with various seasonal CT grown products from many small farms/ businesses - @wellstonefarmer , @massaro_farmers, @commongroundct , @littlehenfarm , and @seacoastmushrooms . You can find local produce featured weekly on our Pizza Specials created by Matt & Jay. 

For this feature we highlighted one of our largest partnerships - with @seacoastmushrooms. You can find Seacoast Mushrooms throughout our store/ menu - on the mushroom rueben, mushroom cheese"steak" , in the produce case, and on our pizzas.

It's that really fun time of year when we know summer is coming to a close but it's definitely not fall yet....

In other words, it's peach season πŸ§‘πŸ‘  which we are embracing peach season through our scones.

These scones are made with a whole grain white wheat pastry flour - a blend of a few regionally-grown grains milled by Ground Up in western MA. The lighter hull is more buttery than the nutty traditional red wheat varietals. 

Baked in every bite are chunks of gooey peaches. Our seasonal peach scones are now available at both 1082 chapel st and 771 orange stβ˜€οΈ
