Raspberry White Mocha - "raspberry swirls dance in white, mocha whispers with sweet delight
Ruby Hot Chocolate - made with a truly unique type of chocolate that is made from specially processed ruby cocoa beans. It has a distinctive pinkish - red color, which is natural and comes from the beans themselves. Ruby chocolate has a slightly tangy and fruity profile with notes of berries.

This past year we were busy! And we cooked a lot of food! As a result, we accumulate daily food scraps, prep scraps, and waste. Here are some things that we do to offset the waste produced from the daily operations of the business.
1) Excess food, pastry, and bread that are not sold is donated daily to a local organization in New Haven who distributes it to folks in the community in need.
2) For the waste produced that is a biproduct of cooking and serving (coffee groups, scraps from stock, spent dough, veggie scraps, bones, compostable take out continers etc) we compost it. Since 2018 we have been working with Blue Earth compost to put these materials to use.
Compost bins are available at both of our stores for our guests to have the option to compost as well! And yes... our take out continers are compostable!
