This one’s been around for while, but let us reintroduce you:

Selene’s tres leches cake: a traditional white cake made from locally-milled pastry flour from Ground Up Grain in Holyoke, MA. Each individual piece is soaked in condensed milk and topped with vanilla bean whipped cream & currently... dulce de leche ✨

Pink Peppercorn Butterscotch Latte

Something warm and zippy for the spring ✨️

A complex and sweet latte, notable for having different hero flavors depending on how being served hot or iced. The hot side highlights the pepper contrasting with sweetness. The cold side celebrates a nostalgic butterscotch with a pepper finish

Our favored charm cold brew will be around for a couple more weeks. Get it while you can!

Cold brew made from natural process organic beans from the Guji region of Ethiopia. Cultivated by smallholder farmers who use traditional, organic farming methods - intercropping coffee with food crops to maintain soil health and sustainability. The coffee cherries are hand-harvested and naturally processed, which involves drying them on raised beds for 2-3 weeks. This meticulous process preserves the coffee's vibrant natural flavors. The flavor profile of Uddeyi Guji coffee is distinctive, offering rich fruit notes, balanced acidity, and a smooth finish.

Nutrient rich, flavorful, & vegan!

Our new Kale Caesar sandwich is made with roasted sweet potatoes piled with a salad of kale, shredded carrot & cabbage dressed with a tangy vegan caesar topped with crispy, crunchy fried shallots. All served on @atticusbakery toasted sourdough

This sandwich comes standard as vegan... but it is pretty 🔥 with the addition of bacon. But we will leave that choice to you 😎
